Designed as the ultimate in strength for recovery for your 80-91 Ford.
Designed to fit:
- 1980-91 Ford Bronco 4x4 & 2wd (2wd may require drilling)
- 1980-91 Ford F150 4x4 & 2wd (2wd may require drilling)
- 1980-91 Ford F250 2wd only (may require drilling)
- 1980-91 Ford F350 2wd only (may require drilling)
Note that THESE DO NOT FIT 4x4 F-250 NOR 4x4 F-350 (due to front leaf spring shackle)
Bolts up to stock holes in the 1980-91 Ford truck frames (noted above)
Drilling may be required in 2wd Frames
The Engineered Vintage Shackle Bracket bolts to the frame and provides a solid front tow point underneath the stock bumper for pulling / vehicle recovery while not compromising front bumper or frame looks or integrity.
Shackle Brackets each attach with included grade 8 bolts & accept a shackle / Clevis with up to a 7/8" pin diameter.
Kit includes:
- (2) 3/4" steel laser cut brackets in black powder coat finish
- (2) frame spacers
- Grade 8 hardware
*Shackles sold separately - we recommend the Shackles we sell with cotter pins to keep Shackle bolt from "walking out" while driving
Engineering:
Laser cut from A-36 steel, (steel with tensile failure point of 36,000 lbs / square inch)
