If you’ve owned an 85–87 GM truck for more than five minutes, you know the problem—factory plastic headlight bezels don’t age well. Sun fades them. Rock chips crack them. One bump in a parking lot and they’re done.
These Billet Aluminum Headlight Bezels fix that problem - for good.
Machined from a solid block of aluminum and made to last, they bring strength and clean classic styling back to the front end of your truck.
Designed for the following trucks (with the dual vertically stacked headlights on each side)
- 1985–87 Chevy Trucks
- 1985–88 Chevy Suburban, Crew Cab, and K5 Blazer
Factory-correct for the models above but will also fit 1981–87 Chevy / GMC fullsize trucks & 1981-1988 Chevy Suburban, Crew Cab, and K5 Blazer
- These will not fit 81-87 single headlight trucks without correct core support.
- These will not fit 89-91 Suburban, Crew Cab, & K5 Blazer without correct core support.

Assembly required.
Steel mounting brackets must be installed onto the bezels by the customer.
Installation
These bezels install using the factory mounting locations on 1985–87 trucks.
- No cutting
- No drilling
- No welding
- No trimming required
Your factory headlight bezels must be removed prior to installation (duh)

Powder Coat Finish
Powder coated in the color of your choice using high-quality coatings from Cardinal Powder.
Polished Finish
For the ultimate appearance. Each piece is hand polished on exposed surfaces for a bright aluminum finish.

FAQ
How much do these weigh?
With the steel bracket, each bezel weighs in at just over 4 lbs each.
Is there a clear coat on these bezels?
No.
Clear coatings for aluminum (clear powder, clear anodize, spray clear) often fail over time under UV exposure. Similar to aluminum wheels, these bezels may require occasional polishing to maintain their best appearance.
If you have a clear coating you recommend, feel free to reach out—we’re always open to new solutions.
Can you do custom powder coat colors?
